My name is Tomek. I live in Santa Cruz with my wife Ania and our two daughters. We came over from Poland two years ago and stayed for good. Ania is a pharmacist, I work in finance, and our weekends go on driving around the island. That is where this guide came from.
We write about places we have actually been to. If a description says a car park holds eight cars and is full by nine in the morning, it is because we once turned up at ten and came back with nothing. We check opening hours and prices on site; we do not copy them from other people’s websites.
We are not a travel agency or a review aggregator. We have no deal with any hotel or theme park, so when something is overrated we say so plainly.
